*A 35% non refundable deposit is required for all full events. 

**Final balance is due 7 days prior to event date.

 

*A 50% non refundable deposit is required to book for all balloon installment orders and order supplies.

**Final balance due day before install.

*All funds paid are non refundable. However in the event of un-forseen circumstances funds paid can be used towards another event within 180 days from the canceled date.

COVID

If event is canceled due to the pandemic, then all funds paid can be used within a year of initial contract date.
